    Players should approach the team manager initially. If the issue cannot be resolved please email grievances the issue will then be forwarded and dealt with by relevant committee or board

    Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis less incurred costs. No refunds will be issued at or after the half way point in the season (extenuating circumstances considered)
